SPINAL FLOW
A *Body-Mind Centering inspired workshop that focuses on the multifaceted mobility of the spine and moves between embodied anatomy and contemporary dance.
In anatomical and embryological structures we can find support for a freely moving spine and balance tensions.
We travel back to early embryological (pre-spinal) structures and find inspiration in the anatomy of marine life. We also explore our current anatomical structures of the spine such as certain bones and ligaments.
Mareike Steffens and Miriam Seifert combine contemporary dance and their expertise from their training in Body-Mind Centering.
Course fee 85 - 110 Euro
Registration until 01.05.25 70 Euro
Open to people aged 14 and over and no previous experience necessary.
